Dear Brandon Galbraith, We have prepared a cost estimate for the Public Records requested by you on 12/4/2023 9:43:12 PM pertaining to the above referenced open records request number. We have determined that complying with your request for public information will result in the imposition of a charge that exceeds $40. Therefore, the following statement is provided pursuant to TGC, Chapter 552, § 552.2615. Your request will be considered automatically withdrawn if you do not notify us in writing and within 10 (ten) business days from the date of this statement that you:
* Accept the charges and agree to pay;
* Modify your request (if you choose to inspect records, it is considered a modification); or
* Have sent to the Cost Rules Administrator at the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) a complaint alleging that you have been overcharged for being provided with a copy of the public information. We anticipate that the copies will be completed within a reasonable amount of time after we receive notice that you accept the charges and we receive your payment. An updated statement will be sent to you if the final amount will exceed 20% of the first agreed estimated amount. Please make your payment via our online portal or in person.
