Dear Jackie Mitchell,

The Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Department has received your public records request dated June 8, 2016. In your email, you requested a complete audit/breakdown of funds collected by the convictions of the Cuyahoga County Mortgage Task Force. Further, you requested the information to be sent to you electronically.

The Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Department does not hold the information you are requesting. You would need to contact the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office for this information. The Public Records Manager for the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office is Joe Frolik (jfrolik@prosecutor.cuyahogacounty.us<mailto:jfrolik@prosecutor.cuyahogacounty.us>). Thank you for your reply, Ms. Blatnik.

However, I would like to file this Appeal for the information as all reports indicate that the Cuyahoga County Mortgage Fraud Task Force was created and funded through the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Office which maintained the records according to the Ohio Attys Generals office. The Prosecutor Officer has not responded to our request.

If another office is a more appropriate recipient of this message, provision of its contact information would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for checking into this matter.

Jackie Mitchell
