All records -- to include court transcripts -- of court case CV-12-785678 and JL-13-622422 involving David P. Caldwell.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Good morning Mr. Coats,
The cases that you are requesting are not in the format of cases in Cleveland Municipal Court. Our cases are formatted with a year, followed by three letters (case types) and then up to six digits...like 2015 CRB 241354. These cases are formatted like the cases of our County Court (Cuyahoga County). However, I checked their online case lookup http://coc.cuyahogacounty.us/ , and could not find anything either with the case number or the name. I wish I could help you more, but I have run into a dead end trying to find any cases on David P. Caldwell.
