Mr. Neiss,

This email serves as notification that your information request was
received today.

None of the previous requests were received. Since the envelope of each of
your previous requests was not included, I do not know why they did not
come through. However, I suspect they were routed to a dead email address
or misaddressed.

We will process your request and notify you if/what documents are available
and the related costs.

If you have any questions, or wish to check the status of your request,
please contact me at this email address.
Regards,

Mr. Neiss,

The information available is attached to this email.

I was unable to determine why your initial request was not received until
April 7, 2016. As noted in my initial response, I suspect it went to an
inactive email account or there was some other issue with the address the
requests were directed to. As a courtesy, this information is being
provided at no cost, due to the delay you encountered.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.
