Roger Ailes Police Reports (Cresskill)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to Open Public Records Act ("OPRA"), I hereby request the following records:

Copies of all incident reports generated by the Cresskill Police Department that relate to police activity at the following addresses:

218 TRUMAN DR, CRESSKILL, NJ 07626

The requested records include any and all incident reports, witness testimonies, 911 call reports, and officer narratives that relate to activity at the addresses above.

Please limit this request to records dated between June 1 2016 and May 18, 2017.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
