Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (5 ILCS 140/1 to 11), I hereby request the following records:

Any emails sent or received by any employee of any division of the Cook County State's Attorney's Office between the dates of December 01, 2006 and May 01, 2008 containing the keywords "Operation Capitol Hill", "asset forfeiture", "1505" or "1505ML".

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not. I would also like to request that the responsive documents/data be provided in a machine readable format or in the original format it was created in, with all original metadata of documents/data intact.
