To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA"), I hereby request the following records:

1. Detail level of payments for all their expenses in electronic from Connecticut Lottery Corporation from 01/01/2011 to 12/31/2015.

2. All CT Lottery winners in detail level in electronic such as Excel or Access including all the fields that are not exempt from Nov 13, 2013 to Jan 31, 2015

3. All CT Lottery agents active and non active including all the fields that are not exempt in Excel or Access.

4. Daily sales by game and by store from Jan 1, 2013 to Dec 31, 2015 including all the fields including but not limited (Amount of purchase, Game name, Game number, date of purchase, Time of purchase, store name, store full address)

I also request that, if possible and pursuant to Conn. Gen. Stat. § 1-212(d), fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest and not made for commercial gain. The requested documents will be processed by a representative of the news media/press and made available to the public at MuckRock.com.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 4 business days, as the statute requires.

The Connecticut Lottery Corporation (the “CLC”) has, as you know, been handling your numerous Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”) requests in the order received.

By email this past Monday, you withdrew your September 4, 2014 (on which we were then working), October 2, 2014, December 23, 2014, and January 20, 2015 FOIA requests.
