Pursuant to the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
All records created between 2018 and present regarding Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI) which document:
1. Funds distributed to CSI
2. Specific programs or services for which the funds are designated
3. CSI programs' reach, outcomes or effectiveness
4. Complaints or investigations regarding CSI
If you determine that any of the above 4 records is exempt, please indicate which numbers are exempt in your denial, and proceed with fulfilling those which are not exempt. If any of the above require redaction and fees, please fulfill those which do not require redaction immediately, and proceed with fee estimates and redactions subsequently.

I also request that, if possible and pursuant to Conn. Gen. Stat. ยง 1-212(d), fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest and not made for commercial gain. In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
