Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
the "eviction list" compiled by your department between January 2019 and the latest available data. I'm requesting this information in a machine-readable spreadsheet such as Excel or CSV. Fields should include but not limited to the following information:
- file number
- occupants
- address
- restoration date
- status
- court case number
- Indicates type of process served or posted
- Indicates manner of service (personally served or posted and mailed)
- Indicates status of notice (cancelled, unsuccessful-no show, unsuccessful-took peaceful possession, unsuccessful-not found)
- Indicates whether the property is commercial or residential, if possibl
I would like to reiterate that I am seeking all fields containing non-exempt information about the department's eviction notices. That means fields containing the above information, and fields containing any additional information not listed, but that would still be disclosable under the law

I wanted to follow up on the following California Public Records Act request, copied below, and originally submitted on April 22, 2022. Please let me know when I can expect to receive a response.

Thank you for your April 22 inquiry and your follow up email yesterday. Please be advised that the County does not have an eviction list in a spreadsheet format for evictions that occurred between January 1, 2019 and December 31, 2021. The only available information is a printout of a monthly calendar that shows the date of restoration. Each page would need to be printed, scanned and emailed to you at the cost of $.10 per page. The County began using a new software system in January 2022, and is in the process of trying to determine whether the requested information can be extrapolated in the manner requested. Please let me know if you are interested in the individual calendar pages for 2019-2021, and I will get back to you as soon as I have additional information regarding the County's ability to extrapolate the requested information for the new software system for 2022.
