Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All records and documents held by the Muscogee County Coroner regarding a Tesla crash that occurred on 5/21/2023.
According to media reports the crash happened near Hancock rd, Columbus, GA at around 11:22 p.m.
The driver of the Tesla was Phong Do, 54, and the passenger was Toan Neugen, 48. Both died.
The records requested include but is not limited to:
Autopsy report
Medical examiner report
Photos
