Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
With respect to the arrest of James S. Hodges on or about November 1, 2022 (UCN 122022MM001978MMAXMX, Agency Case No. 22OFF004558):
1. Any incident report or arrest report.
2. Any video or audio recording, including that recorded by body-worn device or vehicular device, relating to the arrest, detention, or transportation of Mr. Hodges.
3. Any video or audio recording made within one hour after Mr. Hodge's arrest by any officer involved in the detention or arrest of Mr. Hodges.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.
