As mentioned in our previous correspondence, it is the City of Columbia’s practice to collect costs as allowed by Chapter 610 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri.
The City of Columbia requires full payment of any estimated costs prior to completing a request. This response is to inform you that there is an estimated cost associated with this request.
The estimated costs for research and materials, as allowed by Missouri Chapter 610 is: $19.72

Please remember, this is an estimated cost. The actual cost could be higher or lower than the estimate. If the actual cost is lower, we will issue a refund. If the actual cost is higher, you will be required to pay the difference prior to the release of the records.
The City of Columbia requires payment of any estimated cost prior to completing a request. Responsive records that we possess will be available within five to seven (5-7) business days upon receipt of payment. The City of Columbia requires payment of the estimated cost prior to acting on your request. Payment may be made in person or by mailing a check, bank check or money order to:
