Good morning Mr. Koebler,

We completed the email search and retrieved an enormous number of documents. As provided in our rules related to CORA and allowed under section 24-72-205(6), C.R.S., we charge a fee of $30 per hour after the first hour of staff time required to search for, retrieve, and review the responsive documents. 8 C.C.R. 1505-12 4.3. We exceeded the initial one hour of time. In accordance with our rules, we will require you to pay a deposit equal to the estimated fees before beginning our review of the documents. 8 C.C.R. 1505-12 4.4. Your communications request alone resulted in 20.9 GB of data. We estimate that completing your request will take 69,736 hours of time and therefore require a deposit of $2,092,069 to proceed. Please narrowly tailor your request so that we may reasonably assist you with your document search.

Sincerely,

Kerry Colburn
