To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Colorado Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

1) Copies of all invoices submitted to the department by ID.me for identity verification services from the date the department's identity verification contract with ID.me began until the present. According to the department's contract with ID.me, these invoices should include the number of successful identity verifications completed by ID.me during the designated invoice period. If the Department maintains data on successful ID.me verifications during the duration of the contract I will accept the data in lieu of the invoices.

2) Aggregate monthly data, from Jan. 1, 2019 until the date this request is processed, documenting the number of unemployment insurance applications received, approved, and denied. Please note, I am not asking for any personally identifiable information.

I ask that all fees be waived as intend to use the requested records to further public understanding of public agencies and not for any commercial purpose. In the event you choose to impose fees, I request a detailed breakdown of the fees, including the hourly wage of each employee involved and an explanation justifying the employee hours required to fulfill the request.

Should you choose to reject this request or redact portions of responsive documents, I ask that you provide a detailed breakdown of the statutory exemptions and associated case law underlying your decision to withhold each/any portions from public review.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Todd Feathers

If this meets your needs, please let me know and I'll close the ticket. If
it does not work, please provide further clarification as to what you are
seeking.

Please note that PEUC/ PEUC-II, SEB and to an extent PUAP is a cumulative
population. Meaning, the claimant must have exhausted STUI, PEUC to get to
PEUC-II

So when I say 115,645 claims filed on PEUC-II, please read this as 115,645
claims current monetary is PEUC-II.
Hope this makes sense.

Program ID Received Approved Denied

like below:

Thank you very much for this, I think it's exactly what I was looking for. Just one question for clarification:

Do these denial numbers represent all kinds of denials, or just those due to an ID.me identity verification issue?

Thanks!
Todd
