Any And All Tax Filings Pertaining to Colorado Ped Patrol
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Dear PCND:
We are writing in response to your Colorado Open Records Act request.
Pursuant to C.R.S. § 39-21-113 (4) (a) the Department "...shall not divulge
or make known in any way any information obtained...or disclosed in any
document, report or return filed in connection with any of the taxes
covered by this
article." Accordingly, information regarding tax accounts, if any, is not
available in response to a CORA request.
If you have a request for tax information regarding a specific account that
you are the account owner or authorized representative for, you can
contact the Taxpayer Services Department by calling (303) 238-SERV (7378)
Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
