Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act and the FOIA, I hereby request the following records:
I am requesting a list of all Fusion Liaison Officers. Please include:
1.) their full name;
2.) industry/service sector (e.g law enforcement, fire service, military, retail services, security services, education community, public health, etc.); and
3.) company or government agency they work for (e.g. Plano Police Department, Medical City McKinney, Scottish Rite for Children Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Center, Stonebriar Mall At The Bridges, etc.).
Please redact all private information (e.g. personal phone numbers and home addresses).
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request.
I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment. For files that are too large to be sent by email, please use an online file sharing service such as Dropbox, Google Drive, or your own servers and provide a link. Or you can upload the files directly using the link provided by MuckRock.
