Dear Matt Brown:

Thank you for you public records request, which was received in our office on 3/12/2020. There are no responsive records to provide. The proper subject of a public records request is a record that actually exists at the time of the request, not unrecorded or dispersed information the requester seeks to obtain. Additionally, there is no duty to provide records that were not in existence at the time of the request or that the public office does not possess, including records that later come into existence. State ex rel. Taxpayers Coalition v. Lakewood, 86 Ohio St.3d 385, 392 (1999).

Accordingly, this matter is now closed in our office.
