The City of Clarksville has reviewed your request and has determined that the records requested are exempt from disclosure under public records law for the following reasons: After reviewing your request and the Clarksville Police Department's policy regarding vehicle pursuits, your request is being denied pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated 10-7-504(z), which states: "All contingency plans of law enforcement agencies prepared to respond to any violent incident, bomb threat, ongoing act of violence at a school or business, ongoing act of violence at a place of public gathering, threat involving a weapon of mass destruction, or terrorist incident are not open for inspection as provided in 10-7-503(a)."
