Pursuant to the Tennessee Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
I'd like to request a copy of the current collective bargaining agreement (also known as a collective agreement or a union contract) between this department and the local police union/fraternal order/benevolent association (or similar/equivalent organization). This includes any and all memorandums of understanding or similar agreements. Please provide all associated addendums, amendments, appendices, exhibits, and other supplemental and supporting documents.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.

request for which I never received a reply on whether you wish to assume

begin processing your request. Thank you!
*Please be advised that the processing of your request will take
approximately 6-8 hours at the rate of $44.00 per hour totaling between
$264.00-$352. Please advise if you are willing to accept the labor fees

Thank you for your attention to this request. Can you please provide an itemized breakdown of the 6-8 hour processing time required for this request? The main document of interest is the collective bargaining agreement, which we did not anticipate would require such time. Are there changes we can make to the language of the request to reduce the processing?

not believe that this request was made through our online portal which may
cut down on some confusion if you will do so in the future.
