Homeless Person Deaths

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

(1) A list of all individuals processed who did not have a permanent address at the time of death (homeless individuals)
(2) Autopsy records and coroner's notes of previously stated individuals

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Dear Nicole,

Thank you for responding so promptly to my request. I am looking for records from 2015-2018, and by coroner's notes I am referring to the reported cause of death, any noticeable extraneous circumstances that may have led to the cause of death, or any other autopsy records I may not be aware of.
