The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

REQUEST:

Pursuant to the Washington Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

RESPONSE:

Following a reasonable search, Clallam County has completed the assembly and duplication of all identifiable public records that respond to your request. At this time, we believe that we have responded to your request in full by making the records available to you in the Records Center. This request is now closed.

If you are seeking additional records, or believe that there are other records in existence that should have been provided to you, please notify the Public Records Office as soon as possible or file a new request.

Pursuant Clallam County Policy 321.17, fees for records requests shall be waived when the total fee for the request is under ten dollars. Since the total fee for this request is under ten dollars, no payment is due at this time.

The Public Records Office has attempted to apply consistent redactions on documents that contain the same information. In the event that you locate documents that contain redactions that are not applied consistently, please contact the Public Records Office. Please also contact the Public Records Office if you believe records were improperly redacted or withheld.

Pursuant to the Clallam County Administrative Policies and Procedures, any person who objects to the partial denial or redaction of a request for a Public Record may petition the Public Records Officer for a review of that decision. The petition must be in writing and include the petitioner’s name and contact information. The petition must be filed within 10 days of the denial.
