Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
Any correspondence, memos or other written guidance related to changes in booking procedures during Covid. Please include any information related to fingerprinting and DNA swabbing, as well as other booking protocols.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.

Please note that a search of our records did not reveal the request you indicated was sent on June 4, 2021, was received.
Please be advised that the Citrus County Sheriff's Office did not have any memos or policy updates regarding the booking process/procedure regarding COVID.
However, it is possible than there may have been an email sent to staff regarding temporary procedural changes.
Please see the attached invoice for the fee for the electronic search of our email system. Please note that this does not guarantee that an email(s) exists and if no record is found, you will notified of such and the fee is non-refundable.
