Cincinnati Police Department has reviewed its files and has determined there are no records that are responsive to your request.  The department does not keep the data in a format as you indicated and we do not keep all of the University of Cincinnati paperwork within one location.  As such, this request constitutes a request for a complete duplication of records and would require amendment to be fulfilled.  State ex rel. Glasgow v. Jones, 119 Ohio St. 3d 391 (2008); State ex rel. Daugherty v. Mohr, 2011-Ohio-6453 (10th Dist. 2011).
