Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
The total number of police use of force incidents reported in the full year of 2021. Note that the data dashboard/open data portal at https://data.cincinnati-oh.gov/Safety/PDI-Police-Data-Initiative-Use-of-Force/8us8-wi2w provides data only through October 28, 2021 but I'm looking for full year 2021. If available, I would appreciate being sent individualized data for this request in spreadsheet format. If individualized data are unavailable, please send information that includes aggregate statistics instead.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
