To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

1) Overall chain of command for the Christiansburg Aquatic center, from the Town of Christiansburg down to the lowest level employee. If no document exists with a simple display, such as a chart, please provide a brief explanation to satisfy the record request.

2) Salary for every individual within the Chain of command. You may remove the names of all lower level employees (the lowest tier) to aid in expediting this request. All individuals acting as management must be included. Salary may be in any format, whether it be yearly, hourly, etc. You are welcome to send a simple spreadsheet with the payroll, or the original file format if it's in Microsoft office or a ".csv" file.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
