Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code ยงยง 6250), I hereby request the following records:
We are looking for all documents related to Chino contract with Accela to purchase Accela Permits Plus software, including the original contract, the date, implementation and maintenance costs, total cost, contract duration, and all services rendered.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

Good Morning,
City of Chino has received your request for records pertinent to Accela Permits Plus. Please understand that this project was initiated in 1999 through the City's outside contractor, Affiliated Computer Services (ACS), which conducted internal IT improvements at the time. The City no longer utilizes the services of ACS so there is minimal information on this project. However, please see the attached contracts and City staff reports that relate to Permits Plus. The following indicates the subject matter for each attachment:
AG2004-0921 - Permits Plus integration with City's Building Division
AG2006-0919 Part 1- Permits Plus integration with City's Code Enforcement Division
2008-066 - Permits Plus Contract for City's Public Works Department
2008-031 - Permits Plus Contract for City's Planning Division
2010-131 - Permits Plus Contract for the calculating Development Impact Fees
