Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:

This is a formal FOIA request for the final financial records regarding the construction contract for the Chicago State University baseball field, that was completed in 2013. Any items related to the cost of this project, including the bidding process are items I am seeking. I am also requesting the final agreed upon contract with K. R. Miller Contractors.
In addition, I'm also requesting a portion of the transcripts from the June 23, 2020 Board of Trustees meeting that are related to the public discussion and vote regarding the discontinuation of the baseball program and the creation of a men's soccer program for the 2021-22 academic year.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
