FOIA Officers,

Thank you for the records that you have provided so far. Is it possible to narrow this request to the first six months of 2017, Jan 1 to July 1 of this year? Can you provide an estimate for the number of pages that would be? If that would sufficiently narrow my requests, please consider it narrowed and provide those records.

Thanks and please let me know if you have further questions.

Regards,
Freddy M

Without specifically checking, I cannot say for certain how voluminous your request for 6 months of data would be. It would appear that there were some 400 issued during the time frame in question. Even these may remain unduly burdensome, depending upon their specific lengths.

In order to allow CPD to track you request properly, your former request was closed upon sending a response to you. Please submit a new FOIA request to foia@chicagopolice.org<mailto:foia@chicagopolice.org> if you wish to request this information.
