Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (5 ILCS 140/1 to 11), I hereby request the following records:
Any training materials (Power Point slides, handouts, etc) that were used by the Drug Enforcement Agency to train local officers in Operation Pipeline.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Good Morning:
I am still waiting for the information pertaining to your request. Unfortunately, most of the documents that are requested from FOIA are not generated by the FOIA Division. We only have access to certain general police reports. Other reports, documents, images, materials, etc. have to be requested from the Division that would have access to said items. I have sent your request to the Education and Training Division, and I am hoping to have information soon. As of right now, I do not have additional information.
