For all current cameras registered with the OEMC, please provide the following information:
Public IP Address, if any
Name/Model of camera
Street Address
Retention Policy
Access logs
Date Installed
Maintenance Dates
Name of building, if any
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Because you are not referring to a FOIA number brings to my attention that one might not have been applied to your request. I did find your request of February 13th where we asked for clarification, but somehow we missed your 2nd request on the 21st. Therefore, we will have to log this request now. For future reference, please send your OEMC FOIA enqueries or questions to the main FOIA email at OEMCFOIA@cityofchicago.org. As well, when we receive a request, we give it a FOIA log or reference number the 1st or 2nd day of your request being sent. It would be safe to assume that we may have overlooked the request which happens from time to time if you did not receive one of these numbers. For instance, your February 13th request was logged under F180285. I can not find a log number for your "clarified" request.
I will get this new revised request logged today and we will respond accordingly.
