I request all records related to individuals associated with Grade A Productions, a company that is or once was based in Chicago, IL, if known to your agency, from 2017 to present day. If this produces too many results, please let me know and I will revise the criteria to narrow the scope. If this produces no results, please let me know so that I can further specify the criteria and scope of this request.

I would also appreciate an approximate time frame for this request to be processed. Depending of the time frame for the request to be fulfilled and any fees that may be incurred, I may revise the criteria.

If you deny any part of this request, please cite each specific exemption you think justifies your refusal to release the information and notify me of appeal procedures available under the law.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
