Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (5 ILCS 140/1 to 11), I hereby request the following records:

Overview of all FOIA requests received by City Colleges of Chicago from January 1st 2013 to February 28th 2018. In addition, an overview of the resolution of the request (e.g., pending, rejected, completed) and a description of documents that were released, if any.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Thanks for the response, unfortunately there is some confusion because we received two separate requests from MuckRock on February 28, 2018. Regarding your requests for all FOIA requests City Colleges has received in the last five years you will have that shortly. We have had a change in how we log requests during that five year period that delayed retrieval of the logs.
Your second request from February 28th asked for all emails from FC4 members for a three-year period. I sent you an email on March 22nd asking Mr Brackett to contact me so that we could discuss search terms and attempt to narrow the request. I can be reached at 312-553-2540. I cannot move ahead with this request until someone contacts me and we reduce the request to a manageable proportion. Thanks again.
