A copy of all completed Towed Vehicle Disposition Forms (http://directives.chicagopolice.org/forms/CPD-11.452.pdf) from an incident that occurred at the Brickyard Mall (2600 N. Narragansett Ave.) in the neighborhood of Belmont Cragin on the date of May 31st, 2020.
