Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:

Any and all letters sent by Chicago Police Department to landlords and property owners from November 11, 2023 through December 31, 2023 for the purpose of enforcing Chicago Ordinance 8-4-090 (Drug and gang housing, houses of prostitution or other disorderly houses).

If this request is too cumbersome, we would like specifically any letters sent by Officers David Montes, Wendy Pacino and Steve Losacco.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
