Beginning in early 2018, we received a response to FOIA #P441534-022618 to "monitor the progress or update this request please log into the
Chicago Public Safety Record System. (https://CHICAGOPS.mycusthelp.com/WEBAPP/_rs/RequestEdit.aspx?rid=441534&coid=79F4034E316D)"
Therefore we request:
Documents sufficient to show the bidding process for a "Chicago Public Safety Record System"
Any vendor marketing material that was presented to CPD for a "Chicago Public Safety Record System"
Any and all internal discussion (emails, documents, hand written notes and other records) about the need to build a "Chicago Public Safety Record System" or similar FOIA / Public Records Portal.
Any and all internal discussion (emails, documents, hand written notes and other records) about the capabilities of a "Chicago Public Safety Record System".
Any contracts with vendors (including payments to) for a "Chicago Public Safety Record System" and documents sufficient to show the source of the monies.
Any documents sufficient to show the timeline about the "Chicago Public Safety Record System" including planned roll out, details about implementation, and finalized plans for the "Chicago Public Safety Record System"
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
