Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (5 ILCS 140/1 to 11), I hereby request the following records:
According to Public Records, the CLEAR database contains two tables: contact_cards and contact_traffic_stops
Therefore, for the years between 2012 to 2014, we request all records in both the contact_cards and contact_traffic_stops tables. This means years 2012, 2013 and 2014. In case there are questions about the scope of the request, you can treat this request the same as FOIA P058306
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. Please be aware that this request is being made by the Lucy Parsons Labs, a registered non-profit in the state of Illinois.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, the previous FOIA P058306 had the documents as an excel spreadsheet. Please provide them in the same format.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

The Chicago Police Department (CPD) is in receipt of your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request seeking:

I have talked to our R and D Division. They are working on this file this week. I anticipate receiving the data next week, then prepare my letter and get it all reviewed. Therefore, I need to extend another two (2) weeks thru June 27, 2017.
However, if I am able to complete sooner, I surely will complete ASAP.
