Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:

A copy of the following records as they relate to Executive Order 2019-2:

-All aldermanic privilege reports
-All aldermanic privilege report drafts
-Communications between the Office of the Mayor or any of its staff and each respective aldermanic office or its staff related to this executive order.
-Documents that provide any form of assistance to aldermanic offices in writing their reports.
-Any document that provides any sort of indication to an aldermanic office that their reports are late.

The text of the executive order does not exist on Chicago's site for some reason, so please find the executive order's text at:

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
