The request seeks all police, fire, emergency services, and social services dispatches pertaining to two address in Chicago, for a time period from January 1st, 2000 to present day. The two addresses are 1435 North Astor Street and 1523 North Dearborn Parkway. The responsive record should include the date, time, nature, and disposition of the dispatch - including any corresponding report numbers or other relevant information.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
