Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (5 ILCS 140/1 to 11), I hereby request the following records:
All 1505 or 1505ML expenses within the month of March, 2016. I am seeking documents sufficient to show what all checks written within the month of March were used to purchase, any solicitation or bidding that went into the checks, emails about the funding, and any receipts for the funding.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes but rather as part of the reporting process.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

On 4/13/16, in response to my FOIA#P045928, I received a list of 1505 check number for the month of March 2016, however backup paperwork for these checks was not included. Several follow-up e-mails over two months asking for this backup paperwork have been met with no response. Just like you have provided for similar requests, if you could please reply with backup paperwork (invoices, receipts, approval notices, etc.) for these checks it would be greatly appreciated.
