Please find attached your APRA form, on which I request the following records:
1. Your current conductor certification/qualification plan submitted to and approved by FRA in accordance with 49 CFR 242 (or predecessor regulations).
2. Your current engineer certification/qualification plan submitted to and approved by FRA in accordance with 49 CFR 240 (or predecessor regulations).
3. Your current passenger train emergency preparedness plan (aka "E-plan" or "E-prep") submitted to and approved by the FRA in accordance with 49 CFR 239.
The requested records will be immediately and freely available to the public on muckrock.com, and this request is not being made for any commercial purpose.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
