Emails mentioning 'Daniel Morley", March 1, 2019-present

I am writing in response to the five individual requests for records you submitted via email to the Chesterfield County Police Department on April 2, 2019. Your individual requests were for the following:

* "Any email sent or received by any employee of the Chesterfield Police Department between March 1, 2019 and the date on which this request is processed which includes the name "Daniel Morley."
* "Any email sent or received by any employee of the Chesterfield Police Department between March 1, 2019 and the date on which this request is processed which includes any mention of "Identity Evropa" and/or "Identity Europa"."
* "Any email sent or received by any employee of the Chesterfield Police Department between March 1, 2019 and the date on which this request is processed which includes any mention of "American Identity Movement"."
* "Any email sent or received by any employee of the Chesterfield Police Department between March 1, 2019 and the date on which this request is processed which includes any mention of "antifa"."
* "Any email sent or received by any employee of the Chesterfield Police Department between March 1, 2019 and the date on which this request is processed which includes any mention of "Unicorn Riot" and/or "UnicornRiot" and/or "@ur_ninja" and/or any url containing the domain unicornriot.ninja"

Due to the volume of records that are responsive to your five requests, we've placed those items on a jump drive that is available for pickup at the Chesterfield County Administration Building, 9901 Lori Road, Room 505, Chesterfield, VA, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. At your request, I will also be happy to mail the jump drive.

The jump drive contains five folders. Please be advised that we have excluded certain records in accordance with exemptions outlined within the Code of Virginia. The folder names and cited exemptions are as follows:

Morley Produce:
20 exempt because of the personnel exemption, § 2.2-3705.1(1)
3 exempt because of the criminal investigation exemption, § 2.2-3706(B)(1)
71 exempt because they are part of an administrative internal affairs investigation, § 2.2-3706(B)(9)
4 exempt because of attorney-client privilege, § 2.2-3705.1(2)

Evropa Produce:
61 exempt because they are part of an administrative internal affairs investigation, § 2.2-3706(B)(9)
11 exempt because of attorney-client privilege, § 2.2-3705.1(2)

American Identity Movement Produce:
45 exempt because they are part of an administrative internal affairs investigation, § 2.2-3706(B)(9)
10 exempt because of attorney-client privilege, § 2.2-3705.1(2)

Antifa Produce:
22 exempt because of the criminal investigation exemption, § 2.2-3706(B)(1)
32 exempt because they are part of an administrative internal affairs investigation, § 2.2-3706(B)(9)
7 exempt because of attorney-client privilege, § 2.2-3705.1(2)

Unicorn Riot Produce:
18 exempt because they are part of an administrative internal affairs investigation, § 2.2-3706(B)(9)
1 exempt because of the criminal investigation exemption, § 2.2-3706(B)(1)

Thank you for reaching out. My apologies for not getting back in touch with you sooner, as your email was delivered to a spam folder. I have checked with the staff member who hand delivered the letter and jump drive to the post office for mailing. They are certain the jump drive was included in the envelope, and paid additional postage, as such.

I hate to ask, but will you please check the envelope, again, and let me know? We will certainly send another, if needed.
