From: Gary Manheiser

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Please provide a copy of all bids submitted for the RFP: CHESHIRE PARK DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS, RFP# 2223-20, dated FEBRUARY 14, 2023.

I understand that if possible and pursuant to Conn. Gen. Stat. § 1-212(d), I could ask for fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest and not made for commercial gain. However I am not asking for fees to be waived, as I realize this takes time and your time is valuable.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 4 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Gary Manheiser

Gary,

I will work with our Public Works Department to gather these documents. If possible, we will email you electronic copies, but I will certainly let you know of the cost upfront if we need to create paper copies. I will let you know once I see the size of the documents. Either way, I will hopefully be able to get the materials to you next week. Please contact me if you have any questions.

Thank you!

Arnett
