"Since 2013, activists say, Chante Raleigh's account has befriended more than 3,000 people, many of them suspected gang members, activists or young black men in Chattanooga, and regularly comments on news stories critical of the police department. Halfacre tends to comment directly on users' photos and has been operating since at least 2011. Both accounts appear to be black women who say they are from Nashville."
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

It has been determined that the charge for the production of the records you have requested will exceed $20.00. Pursuant to the City of Chattanooga policy, the City is providing you with an itemized estimate of the anticipated charges: $19.23 x 11.5hrs = $221.14 (Taneisha MissLovely Halfacre Account) $19.23 x 8 = $153.84 (Chante Raleigh Account)

Please let me know if you will accept these estimated costs. If you do not respond to this email within 10 business days after the date this statement is sent, your request will be deemed withdrawn, unless you have advised the city that you will accept and will agree to pay the estimated cost, modify your request in response to the cost estimate or that you have sent a complaint to the Office of the Attorney General alleging that you have been overcharged for public information.
Please note that no work will be undertaken until we receive your response.
You may provide a response to the City by any of the following methods:
If you agree to accept the charges, please do so in writing as detailed above. This letter details the charges for copies of the records you have requested. If you wish to view the records, which there is no charge, please contact me. If you wish to view information that has been compiled from electronic data, this may reduce costs of creating printouts or placing onto media such as a CD, but it will not reduce the personnel and overhead costs.

I would like to respectfully request a further breakdown of the hours and work that is entailed. I understand the estimations of cost by time, but there is not a clear indication of why it would take this long or any understanding conveyed of the work that would be done. For example, there is no information on the documents that will be required to sort through respective to the time estimates.
