The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Ms. Nason,
Your request is overly broad and not specific enough for me to determine who you would like for me to request this information from. I am happy to discuss with you at your convenience if that would be helpful to you.
Sincerely,

If I narrow it to: All memos, internal department emails, guidelines, and directives about the Unite the Right rally generated between Aug. 1, 2017-Aug. 14, 2017, does that help?

Thanks,
Vanessa
