To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the South Carolina Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Good Morning,

This is in response to your original Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA") request dated February 4 and your follow up correspondence regarding the same FOIA request dated February 26. In both of those requests, you were seeking access to the City's documents relating to the IT systems, more specifically, a catalog of the Enterprise Systems including CRM, ERP, AND iPaas.

After reviewing your request, we have determined that your request is exempt from public disclosure pursuant to ยง 30-4-30(A)(2), which reads "[a] public body is not required to create an electronic version of a public record when one does not exist to fulfill a records request." Therefore, the City of Charleston has no responsive documents to produce.

This completes the City's response to your FOIA request and we now consider the matter to be closed.

Thank you,
