Pursuant to Kentucky Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of any audio or video recordings of visitations made to Kim Davis during her incarceration at Carter County Detention Center.
A copy of any incident reports mentioning Kim Davis during her incarceration at Carter County Detention Center.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Sorry for the late response. My jail email address has been messed up. We do not have any audio or video recordings of Kim Davis visitation. Our system being a small county is not advanced enough to retain that much information and we are limited in any video capacity. Also there were no incident reports concerning Kim Davis during her incarceration. I hope this answers you request. Any further questions feel free to email me back. We seem to have it working now. Also you can call the jail M-F 8am-4-pm.
