1. Any citation issued to Hank Sanders since October 1, 2023.

2. Any police incident report, narrative, or complaint concerning Hank Sanders since September 1, 2023. This includes any complaint made by or on behalf of Thaddeus Jones, Jerico Thomas, or Megan Wilson, as reported by the Chicago Tribune: https://www.chicagotribune.com/news/breaking/ct-calumet-city-tribune-reporter-citations-20231102-ts6ugr2t6vdahap72yw2s7gkoi-story.html.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
