Police dept petty cash, credit cards statements & reimbursements

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California's Sunshine Amendment (Cal. Const. Art. I, § 3(b)), I hereby request the following records:

Between June 2012 to present:

(1) Records showing disbursements of petty cash to police department.
(2) All documents (receipts, logs, etcetera) showing the use of petty cash issued to the police department.
(3) Monthly statements for any credit or debt cards issued to the police department.
(4) Regarding reimbursement payments made to police commander Rubio, a copy of all reimbursement checks and a copy of any documents supporting reimbursement requests (e.g. TDY travel orders, memos, invoices, receipts, certificates of completion, etcetera).

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest and is made for a journalistic purpose. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

I would prefer the request be filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not. In the event that fees for copies cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request.
