Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

According to the The HIDTA/NCRIC, the agency will maintain a log/audit trail of requested, accessed, searched, or disseminated facial comparison analysis information. The information pertaining to facial comparison analysis requests will consist of the following details: Date,Name of Personnel Accessing the Facial Recognition System,Case Number,Requestor Name, Title, Agency, Email, Phone,Facial Comparison System Used,Results (Positive/Negative),Dissemination (Who, What, Where, When, How?),Notes (Enhancements used?)

I am seeking:

1. The current database schema, data dictionary, or other reference document(s) to how the agency keeps track of facial recognition/comparison queries
2. A log/audit trail of all facial recognition or comparison searches run by the agency since 01-01-2018. The data should contain these and any other relevant fields:
Date,Name of Personnel Accessing the Facial Recognition System,Case Number,Requestor Name, Title, Agency, Email, Phone,Facial Comparison System Used,Results (Positive/Negative),Dissemination (Who, What, Where, When, How?),Notes (Enhancements used?)

As required under the law, I request that the agency provide the above records in their native digital format, where applicable (such as a CSV, Excel, or other digital data format), and transferred to me electronically.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
