To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

The three requests below pertain to permit 16584. Documents relating to permit 16584 may be attached. For reference, a three page attachment with stars next to relevant Completed Action Items is also attached.

(#R11) "...maps showing claimed riparian land in Reaches 1, 2, 3 and MID place of use" per Completed Action Item 117.
(#R12) "...riparian acreage maps for Reaches 2 and 3" per Completed Action Item 140.
(#R13) "...PDF copies of Reach 2 and 3 riparian maps" per Completed Action Item 163.

When fulfilling my request I ask that you please number each request separately ("#R11," "#R12," and so on) so that the records do not all run together in a confusing manner.

In the event that email fulfillment of this request is not possible, I request that the records please be mailed via Fed Ex mail with tracking information provided and that an additional copy be made available for pick-up in person by private courier.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Zaynab Shukriyya

To Whom It May Concern:

I wanted to follow up on the following California Public Records Act request, copied below, and originally submitted on Jan. 19, 2019. It appears that a portion of the documents were provided on Mar. 7, 2019 but it appears that documents responsive to R11 and R13 have not yet been produced. Please let me know when I can expect to receive responsive documents.

Additionally, the documents produced for R12 appear that they may not be inclusive of all of the lands within Reaches 2 and 3. The maps appear to be part of a larger series of maps. Would you please produce all the maps in the series?

Thanks for your help, and let me know if further clarification is needed.
